This is a solid carbide end mill specifically designed for high-gloss machining of aluminum alloys, featuring three key characteristics:
Three-blade design: achieves optimal balance between chip removal efficiency and cutting rigidity. More stable than a two-blade design, and smoother chip removal compared to a four-blade design.
Mirror Finish: The front and rear surfaces of the cutting tool are machined to achieve a mirror finish using ultra-fine-grained abrasive wheels. Combined with a specialized edge design, this results in a high-gloss mirror-like finish on the processed surface.
Tungsten carbide material: Utilizes extremely fine particles of tungsten carbide (ultra-fine particles with a size of 0.2μm to 0.6μm), boasting a hardness rating of HRA 90 or higher, making it highly wear-resistant and heat-resistant.
